Quebec's Canopée gin is perfect for lovers of woody spirits! The incomparable taste of this nature-inspired gin has been the pride of our distillery since its creation.

Known for its distinct forest character, Canopée gin is made with juniper berries, black spruce, cedar, oak and maple from Quebec forests. After distillation, the distillate is left to rest in contact with maple and charred oak, giving it its subtle amber hue.

This blend of piney, woody and slightly smoky notes is complemented by a soft lemon infusion. Attentive tasters will also detect a hint of vanilla, which adds lightness to this skilfully balanced combination of flavours. Rich and complex, this spirit has an elegant, dry finish.
