St. Laurent Gin offers the finest palates complex aromas from an unlikely recipe of herbs from the four corners of the globe and seaweed from the St. Lawrence River.

Distilled in small batches in Rimouski in a 380-litre still, St. Laurent Gin is an authentic artisanal gin, 100% natural and with no artificial colouring. After a steam infusion of exotic herbs in a double ‘Gin Basket’, the gin is slowly macerated with kelp harvested by hand in the Lower St. Lawrence. A unique spirit inspired by the sea!
