Neige ice cider is an iconic Quebec product, known for its perfect balance of sweetness and acidity, offering a unique taste experience.

It is the very first ice cider to be marketed in Quebec and around the world. It is made from naturally frozen apples harvested at extreme temperatures between -8°C and -15°C. This process produces a very sweet, flavour-concentrated juice, which then undergoes slow fermentation, developing deep flavours of caramelised apple, honey and spices.
