St Laurent | Gin Vieux

A unique and rare product. After more than a year's rest in oak barrels, the famous seaweed-infused gin becomes Gin Vieux St. Laurent.

The characteristic aromas of St. Laurent Gin are rediscovered in a whole new light: herbaceous and floral notes mingle with pinewood aromas evoking Quebec's boreal forest. The citrus fruits, rather discreet in the original version, explode on the palate. The finish remains true to St. Laurent Gin's signature: a hint of sea and iodine from the maceration of kelp harvested from the St. Lawrence River. Time then makes its mark: cereal and woody notes brought on by ageing in whisky casks enrich the aromatic complexity of the liquid.

All in all, Gin Vieux is a great tasting gin that only occasionally accepts a few ice cubes as company.
