Cocktail "Avril Amaro Sour"

70 ml Amaretto Avril
15 ml Lemon Juice
10 ml Simple Syrup
A few drops of former (egg white alternative)

Add ingredients into shaker with ice. Give it a good shake. Stain into chilled glass. Cheers!
