Saint-Crème

Saint-Crème is a smooth alcoholic cream liqueur reminiscent of crème brûlée, whose recipe has been passed down from generation to generation in Quebec. It is delicious over ice cream or in cocktails, with milk, or to flavour an alcoholic coffee.

In creating its ‘crème de sucre à la crème,’ Distillerie Mariana wanted to highlight the authentic flavour of this famous Quebec recipe. When tasting Saint-Crème, you first notice its golden colour, reminiscent of the sweetness of brown sugar, followed by its creamy texture. Next, you discover its smooth and delicate flavours of vanilla and white chocolate that coat the taste buds and transport you to your grandmother's dessert table.
