Cocktail "Avril Amaretto Sour"
70 ml Amaretto Avril
15 ml Lemon Juice
10 ml Simple Syrup
A few drops of former (egg white alternative)
Add ingredients into shaker with ice. Give it a good shake. Stain into chilled glass. Cheers!
Cocktail " Ice Cream d'erable"
100 ml Coureur des Bois Cream d'erable
Ice cubes
Add Coureur des Bois Cream d'erable on ice. Stir by bar spoon and enjoy!
Cocktail "Maple Whisky"
70 ml Amaretto Avril
15 ml Lemon Juice
10 ml Simple Syrup
A few drops of former (egg white alternative)
Add ingredients into shaker with ice. Give it a good shake. Stain into chilled glass. Cheers!
Cocktail "God Father"
50ml Canadian Whisky Pike Creek
25ml Amaretto Avril
Ice
Strip of orange peel to garnish
Pour the whisky and amaretto into a mixing glass. Add ice, then stir with a spoon until the outside of the glass feels very cold. Fill a tumbler or rocks glass with ice.
Strain the cocktail into the ice-filled glass. Either drop in the strip of orange peel. Cheers!
